Last year, I decided that Harvust would not be doing any more tradeshows (they just don't result in new customers) except for one: the WAFLA Labor Summits. WAFLA's day-long event is the most educational conference on H-2A/farm labor compliance and will leave you more skilled than before you walked in.
So why are we still going? Because in the heat of the HR moment, when you're stressed, you're not going to remember everything you learned, but your farm's HR software should, and Harvust will. - Joint employment is tricky, and I'm curious how "shared H-2A" offerings by FLCs impact grower liability for things the grower truly has no control over.

- While our onboarding software makes it easy to fill out a W-4 we find domestic and H-2A workers still struggle with what the form is even about.
- And last but not least! "Everyone Loves Leon" review of H-2A investigations and lawsuits, the most hilarious and irreverent breakout session 😂
